October 17, 2024 1:00 PM - December 19, 2024 4:00 PM (EDT)
Description
Effective construction site management is the difference between being on time or behind time; being profitable or unprofitable; having satisfied clients or unsatisfied clients, being stressed-out or stress-free and building long term winning relationships. The Foreperson Certificate has been developed by the Mechanical Contractors Association of Toronto as an opportunity for people working in the Mechanical sector to upgrade their skills as a foreperson and crew leader. It is designed for people currently working as foreperson and for trades seeking to advance into the role of foreperson. These online courses are delivered in both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (recorded) lectures with interactive discussion groups during the synchronous components in order to offer maximum learning and flexibility.
Completion of the Foreperson Certificate requires the participant to attend the sessions for both the Foreperson 101 and Foreperson 201 courses and pass the online assessment at the end of each course.
The live webinar sessions are scheduled for 4 hrs. each for 5 sessions with additional required recorded lectures that can be viewed outside the live online sessions.
