MCAT Pull Planning Training Workshop ( May 31, 2024 from 9:00a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

May 31, 2024 (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM) (EDT)

Description

Join MCAT for a 6-hour in person pull planning training session based on the Last Planner System, aimed at enhancing traditional scheduling methods like the Critical Path Method (CPM). While CPM has been utilized for decades, its limitations in promptly adapting to schedule impacts and changes are well-recognized. The Last Planner™ System currently being adopted by many contractors offers an alternative approach that leverages and utilizes the CPM master schedule and fosters collaborative workflow management at a project level. This workshop will illustrate the benefits of collaborative planning and project execution using principles, empowering participants to effectively implement this methodology in construction projects.
