The AGM is an important event in MCAT's calendar where we reflect on the achievements of the past year, discuss future plans, and engage with our valued members. Your stay will also include exciting events designed to celebrate our organization and your involvement with it. This year's AGM promises to be an unforgettable experience filled with engaging activities, networking opportunities, and memorable moments.

Friday September 8 - Sunday September 10 is our scheduled program prepared for you to enjoy!
If you decide to join us on Thursday evening, we will be hosting a welcome cocktail event at MJ Byrnes in the Village at 9pm. Be sure to register at checkout if you'd like to join. Attendees will have the option to register for golf on Friday morning [please keep in mind that tee times are limited], as well as a yoga and meditation session. A ‘paint on the patio’ instructor led event will also be available on the Saturday morning. There is a minimum number required to secure this booking, therefore this event will be confirmed based on interest in late August.
Keynote speaker Jack Armstrong will be bringing his energy, coaching philosophy, and leaving you inspired and will be speaking after the Annual General Meeting on Saturday.
Reminder that all meals will be included from Friday to Sunday.
