We cordially invite you to attend MCAT's 62nd Annual General Meeting.

The AGM is an important event in MCAT's calendar where we reflect on the achievements of the past year, discuss future plans, and engage with our valued members. Your stay will also include exciting events designed to celebrate our organization and your involvement with it.  This year's AGM promises to be an unforgettable experience filled with engaging activities, networking opportunities, and memorable moments.

Time

Program dates are:

Thursday September 4, 2025 [optional]  This is available to those who elect to come early.

Friday September 5 - Sunday September 7 is our scheduled program prepared for you to enjoy!   

If you decide to join us on Thursday evening, we will be hosting a welcome cocktail event on the Deck at the Marriott starting at 8pm.  Be sure to register at checkout if you'd like to join.  Attendees will have the option to register for golf on Friday morning [please keep in mind that spots are limited]. Activities such as guided bike tours, yoga and hydro spa experience among others will be available between Friday and Saturday (registration required)

Prepare to be entertained by famed duo of improv, Colin Mochrie and Debra McGrath. Their customized, quick-witted, and uproariously entertaining show is guaranteed to have you in stitches by the end of the evening.

Reminder that all meals will be included from Friday to Sunday.
